We continuously monitor the regulations applicable to our products and packaging and implement the necessary measures by their respective effective dates. Where the regulation already mandates specific requirements, we comply with them in accordance with the law.

We maintain and continuously update the necessary evidence, documentation, and internal processes to ensure legally compliant cooperation. As a general rule, we do not provide declarations of conformity or technical documentation to customers, as there is no legal basis for doing so.

The PPWR requirements concerning products, packaging, and supply chains are an essential part of our product compliance framework. Accordingly, we closely monitor regulatory developments and incorporate them into our internal operations.
